Where are we?

I specialize in properties located in Charlotte and southern Sarasota counties on the West Coast of Florida.

The large expanse of Charlotte Harbor forces I-75 inland as it passes through our counties. This has helped leave our area much less developed than Tampa and Sarasota (to our north) and Ft. Myers and Naples (to our south). If you are looking for Florida's natural beauty and communities with an "old Florida" feel, come and see us!

Our communities are "off the beaten path", but still close to major Florida cities. For example, the Englewood/Cape Haze area of Charlotte County is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from both the Sarasota airport and the Ft. Myers airport.

Tampa is approximately a 2 hour drive to the north, while Naples is about the same travel time away to the south. Both Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando can be reached in 3 and 1/2 hours or less, and Miami in under 4 hours.
