Gulf Cove includes single family homes and homesites.  The community includes a mix of older homes and recently completed properties.  Canal front properties are in particularly high demand. 

For boaters interested in this community, the canals open into the Myakka River, which feeds into Charlotte Harbor and to the Gulf of Mexico.  To reach Charlotte Harbor, boaters must pass under the "fixed" El Jobean bridge.  All Gulf Cove property owners have access to a community boat ramp that provides a protected launching area just off the river.

Gulf Cove real estate owners have quick access to beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches in nearby Englewood and Boca Grande.  For golfers, there are numerous local courses within a 10 to 30 minute drive.
