Grove City
Grove City is located on the Cape Haze peninsula between Englewood and Placida.   The community includes single family homes, condominiums and mobile home parks.  There are also several restaurants and businesses along Highway 775 that runs through Grove city.  Two local marinas provide dry storage for area boaters.

The "state" streets in Grove City are named for various U.S. states (Michigan, Illinois, etc.).  Many homes on the state streets backup onto canals that provide direct access to Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Stump Pass, located to the west of Grove City, connects Lemon Bay to the Gulf of Mexico.  The pass was dredged in 2003 to improve boater access.
