January 2009 Cape Haze Corridor Report:
Opportunity Abounds
As we enter 2009, the number of potential buyers scheduling
appointments to see the homes, condominiums and townhouses
for sale on the Cape Haze peninsula has increased.
Buyers sense that market conditions may soon change and they
want to be ready to purchase. Looking back at the
second half of 2008, the volume of local real estate sales
activity slowed compared to the first half of the year.
The January edition of the
Cape Haze Corridor Report
includes details on local real estate sales activity and
articles of interest to Cape Haze peninsula real estate
buyers and sellers. Topics in this issue
include: analysis of 2nd half 2008 real
estate sales across our Cape Haze neighborhoods, an
