July 2010 Cape Haze Corridor Report: An Active Market
There were some encouraging signs in Cape Haze peninsula real
estate markets during the first half of 2010. Sales
volumes for homes and condominiums in many neighborhoods
were at their highest levels in recent years, higher-end
buyers returned to our waterfront markets, and sales prices
are beginning to stabilize in some areas.
The July edition of the
Cape Haze Corridor Report
includes details on local real estate sales activity and
articles of interest to Cape Haze peninsula real estate
buyers and sellers. Topics in this issue
