January 2012 Cape Haze Corridor Report:
Buyers Are Looking
Signs of improvement in the national economy and the beautiful
weather we have been having here on the Cape Haze peninsula
are contributing to high levels of showing activity for
homes and condominiums across our area. During the
second half of 2011, sales volume was up in many
neighborhoods, however, prices have not yet stabilized in
most areas.
The January edition of the
Cape Haze Corridor Report
includes details on local real estate sales activity and
articles of interest to Cape Haze peninsula real estate
buyers and sellers. Topics in this issue
include: analysis of 2nd half 2011 real
estate sales activity in our Cape Haze neighborhoods, a
listing of selected 4Q11 home and condominium sales, an
update on Wildflower Preserve, and a tabular summary of
